Spring 2026, Calendar Year (Spring+Fall) 2026 and Winter 2026 programs:

IMPORTANT POINTS TO READ:

  • The AAF process can potentially take multiple weeks to complete depending on your academic needs and if courses must be reviewed by one or more academic advisors/departments. Please start and complete this as soon as you have access to the AAF.
  • Most students will need to submit the AAF before the actual course registration for your SDSU-Approved program abroad.
  • This form is not used to officially register you in classes, but should be used as a blueprint of all possible classes that will work for you to take while abroad.
  • Always get more classes approved by your major/minor department than you plan to take so that you will have flexibility in creating your course schedule.
