MAE Graduate Exam Form
Submit an entry to this form at least 4 Weeks prior to any of the following MAE Graduate Exams:
-MS Thesis Defense (MAE MS Plan I)
-Department Qualifying Exam (MAE PhD)
-Senate Exam/UQE (MAE PhD, Advancement to Doctoral Candidacy)
-Doctoral Dissertation/Final Defense (MAE PhD)

This is required so that all necessary arrangements can be made. Not notifying MAE of your Exam or Defense details in time may result in delays to the award of a degree.

Provide as much complete information as you can and if any information is incomplete/pending the MAE Department will reach out to you directly.

If you need to reserve a space for your Defense/Exam please reach out to ebu2rooms@ucsd.edu (provide details! Date/Time/Purpose/Expected # of People etc. dont just ask for a room)
