2025-26 Travel Program Waiting List
BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS FORM, PLEASE CHECK WHETHER THERE IS SPACE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR DESIRED PROGRAM ON THE AMOS TRAVEL PORTAL. 

How the Optional Waiting List Works:
  • Submitting a request to be added to a wait list does not guarantee availability to participate in a closed or another selected offering. 
  • If space becomes available, you may be matched with a travel program based on availability and your order of preference. 
  • By agreeing to be on this waiting list, you will accept the replacement offering and assume responsibility for any additional travel program costs.
  • If you select only one preference, there is no guarantee that you would be granted a spot on that travel program.
  • By submitting this form, you agree that by accepting the replacement offering, that your travel agreement will be transferred (if in the case that the original travel program was cancelled), along with all privileges, restrictions, and penalties. 
  • If you submit this waiting list request and sign a travel agreement for another travel program, you may be contacted if a space opens for a travel program on the waiting list but you remain committed to the travel program you signed a travel agreement for.
  • This waitlist is completely optional.
