Please complete and submit this form to request parking accommodation services from SDSU Parking & Transportation Services. Submission of this form does not guarantee services. All requests will require approval by our Special Events Team.  A 5-BUSINESS DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL REQUESTS FOR RESERVE OR DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE. EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025, A $50 LATE FEE  WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL REQUESTS SUBMITTED WITH LESS THAN 5 BUSINESS DAY NOTICE. Last minute requests may be denied.
