Monday-Thursday: 10am-6pm
Friday: 10am-4pm
*Please be mindful that on Fridays we are busy from 10:00-11:00am, 12:00-1:00pm & 2:00-3:00pm for BRC Staff meetings and HGS classes so it is unlikely we will be able to staff events at those times.
*For those requesting reoccurring/weekly meetings, please remember that BRC programs and events held at the BRC have priority to utilize that space. If this happens during your weekly meeting, a BRC staff member will communicate that to you in advance.
*BRC AFTER HOUR EVENTS [After 6:00pm] WILL REQUIRE A FACULTY/STAFF MEMBER FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT. MAKE SURE THAT THE FACULTY/STAFF/ADVISOR EMAILS THE BRC TO CONFIRM THEY ARE ATTENDING THE EVENT. IF WE FIND THAT YOUR EVENT DOES NOT HAVE A FACULTY MEMBER THEN YOUR EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
*The last day to reserve the BRC space for the spring semester will be April 25th, 2025.
