Deadline to Apply 

We will review applications on a rolling basis so we encourage applicants to submit sooner rather than later, and at the latest by FRIDAY, July 11, 2025, at 5:00pm  Pacific. 

Admission 

Enrollment is open to executive directors, senior-level leaders, and managers at legal services  and public interest nonprofit organizations. Applicants will be notified of admissions decisions by Thursday, July 24, 2025. 

Prior to enrollment, accepted applicants are required to discuss participation and time  commitment in this 10-month program with their board chair (for executive directors) or with their executive director (directors, senior managers and managers). 

Tuition: $4,250 

There are a limited number of 50% partial tuition scholarships available. Please see the section on Scholarships below. 

Full payment of tuition is due by Friday, September 5, 2025. Please note that there are no tuition refunds after September 5, 2025. 

Scholarships 

Each year, we are able to offer a limited number of partial tuition (50%) scholarships. Eligibility is based on available funds and OneJustice’s assessment of a set of criteria, including the legal services organization’s annual budget as of the date the application is submitted, geographic service area, primary communities served by the organization, the applicant’s role at the organization, and the challenges and opportunities facing the organization as articulated in this application.
