Additionally, please email a photo of the whole item plus some photos of the issue to info@julbousa.com. This will help expedite this process. *

What country was the product purchased in? Please note that we are only able to help with warranty items purchased in the US and from authorized US dealers. We are also unable to help with warranty issues if the product was purchased abroad and shipped to your US address.
