This fall, the Language Space is launching a new schedule in which a great number of courses are booked to take place at least once a week in our rooms. This schedule was created in coordination with your language department chairs and coordinators (for some of you, with your program directors, instead) so that we could welcome as many courses as possible into the Language Space, making our resources more widely available.
Following the schedule we've created, you will have received two messages: (1) one from our booking system, Skedda, confirming your reservations, and (2) another message from me containing a pdf summarizing all the dates on which you are booked to attend the Language Space.
Having a reservation means that:
Please take a careful look at the schedule and let me know if you foresee any dates when you will not be attending the Language Space. This way, we can open up those times for other bookings.
Whether your department has made a reservation for you, or you have made your own bookings, all scheduled times are visible for you when you sign into Skedda. Signing into Skedda is the best way to view all your bookings and make sure you have requested the tech setup you need for your scheduled time. If you are a frequent user of the Language Space, we recommend that you bookmark this page for future use.

Once you receive your bookings, you will also be able to make additional requests for booking the Language Space, using our reservation request form. These reservations will be assigned based on our scheduling priorities, which you can read more about on our website.
